LA AIR FORCE BASE STEAM PIPING BUILDING

This design/build project was to replace the Building 37 Steam Boiler and Piping System with a Hot Water System. GBC furnished and installed new boilers, pumps, vfd’s, and building automated control system for the 22,000 square foot base hotel building. We also provided high efficient radiators, as well as restoring the building interior. Installation of a sump pump in the mechanical room was located in the basement of this building.
