Procurement, demolition and installation of 4 pumps, 4 Variable Frequency Drives, inlet, discharge and check valves, integration with existing systems. Replacement of existing 150 KW generators with a Tier 4 unit along with ancillary equipment. The rehabilitation also calls for various repairs within and outside the pumping plant. By pass operation was required during construction. In addition is upgrading of the control system which includes hardware change from the current Siemens 505 Programmable Logic Controller to a Honeywell PLC, software programming, Uninterruptible Power Supply backup, and the replacement of the Highbury to Venice Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition communication.
