Earthwork including clear and grub, and over-ex to prepare building pad for new treatment building. Installation of a drain system, precast concrete vault, a new treatment building constructed of masonry, as well as installation of piping, pumps, valves, water filtration system, and chemical injection system and appurtenances. In addition, the project also includes removal of an existing roof, and replacement with a new roof. Finally the project also includes installation of a new potable water piping system and two water intake structures. In addition to the items mentioned above – the project includes extensive electrical and instrumentation.
